Here is a sneak peak of some of our equipment...
This is just one of the many things about coffee that motivates me - the sound of the beans in the cooling tray and another well-crafted batch dropped from the drum. I love the entire process, this is just the reward at the end of a lot of hard work and analysis.
Watching these little green seeds change from in-edible little pebbles into this amazing, fragrant, potent bean that can be processed into a beverage that we look forward to every day and that inspires so much life and creativity is really, really rewarding. Enjoy!
